I visited The High Rail at the Hyatt House Raleigh Downtown Seaboard Station while traveling for work, and it was great! The rooftop views of the city are incredible. I had the seared tuna stacked appetizer and the quinoa and avocado salad and then I added steak. Sooooo good! Steven, Holly, and Evan were absolute beauties, and they made the experience even better. If you’re in Raleigh, check it out for the views, food, and service.

The food was so delicious! Very flavorful. As soon as we took a bite we knew this chef was not your typical chef. From starters to entree & dessert...it exceeded our expectations! The rooftop scene and ambiance was great. The chef took a few minutes to speak to us about the plates we selected. He has taken the menu to another level. I highly suggest to come check it out. Not just for the drinks, but for the savory food.

We stayed at the hotel and went up to the High Raill and had a quick dinner and drinks, and it was not your typical hotel bar/restaurant experience. The chicken tinga tostados were very, very good, and the cocktails were delicious and fun! The views were so nice to watch the sunset. Very clean bar. Go up and enjoy it! Wish I had pictures of the food and drinks, next time.

Really cool spot. You walk through the hotel and there is an elevator that takes you up to the bar. We just got the chicken and waffles appetizer and drinks but everything was amazing. Lots of outdoor seating.

Me and my friends had a great time at high rail! The views are beautiful and I found our bartenders pleasant and friendly! I really enjoyed the martini service! I did not try the food but we all enjoyed our drinks! Would def come back for more cocktails and to try the food!

I think the indoor part of High Rail is absolutely gorgeous. Their booths and bar area provide a high class experience with lovely views. They offer expansive outdoor seating options to enjoy a beverage or sit fireside while you take in the view. I've been here quite a few times and had lovely experiences each visit. Two items I call as a must are their hot'n now chicken, which boasts a NC staple Krispy Kreme pressed into a waffle and topped with spicy fried chicken. And their burger. My husband ordered this and I was jealous my food was good in its own right but the burger was perfection

A lovely Rooftop with an intimate setting sitting on the 7th floor of Hyatt House in Seaboard station. Girls night, birthday dinner, date night, etc. this is a cozy place to hangout. Service: I would like to highlight the fact that despite there only being one server, I noticed she was exceptional at her role and managing the floor. The amount of teamwork was truly displayed. I noticed how the staff helped one another and the server to make sure everyone was served in a timely manner If you're seeking a bold drink - sunset murder mystery. (The name says it all) The drinks are definitely made with the intent to sip them slowly while overlooking Raleigh. I have yet to try the moment of grace. (I've had two visits and they have yet to have a moment of grace available.) Shareable plates: Last night we tried a couple things: Fries with the bourbon ketchup. Seared tuna stacks Baked Ricotta NC Crab dip Chicken Ka Cobb salad wraps (my favorite) Previous visit: Hot & Now Chicken If you do not have a shellfish allergy, I recommend the crab dip as a sharable, the Ricotta tastes great (it has a sweeter side to it), between the two, Crab dip for me. For the tuna stacks have great flavor, personally I would prefer either a little more tuna OR the stack being a little less thick to get an even ratio (just a personal preference) The salad wraps were my favorite, figuring out how to eat the wraps without them falling apart or making a mess was a slight challenge for me. (My husband calls it a deconstructed salad lol) Who doesn't love fries? An easy sharable or a light snack while drinking. The fries are the thin kind, nothing wrong with that I prefer my fries on the thicker side. Hot & Now Chicken was okay, not my favorite. I feel like the chicken was dry / overcooked. The Krispy Kreme donut underneath was a nice representation of local Krispy Kreme. I was told the menu will have some changes, on that note, I will return :)
